THE OLD PASTA FACTORY, ALENTEJO

We’re leading the development and design of a 40 bedroom boutique hotel and events venue in Alentejo.

Positioned as a campus for Portugals’ creative community to build, learn, stay, play and spend time together in nature.

The asset required a ground-up redesign and we supported the client through complex planning and licensing constraints.

KINDRED, LONDON

Kindred is a landmark independent members’ club, events venue and public restaurant committed to helping west London live better.

We led the redevelopment and repositioning of the business and brand.

We collaborated with Run For The Hills on design and fit out. And with a roster of food and drink talent to bring the next concept and brand to life before a strategic relaunch and PR campaign.

BOUTIQUE RURAL HOTEL BRAND

We’ve developed a new concept and brand for a private client focused on the acquisition and development of distressed assets in Europe, with a focus on under-explored destinations.

We are currently engaged in an extensive site search with a view to launching the first, flagship property in spring 2027.

Once secured, we’ll lead the development of the brand and asset, before overseeing the launch.
