We lead early-stage projects through concept definition, initial financial modelling and property brief, then go to work on site identification and due diligence.
From a short list, we facilitate and guide you through the full acquisition process. This may include retaining legal and tax advisory partners.
FUNDRAISING PREPARATION
We lead preparations for a capital raise, develop a compelling narrative, sound business case, and company and capital structures.
This results in a fundraising strategy, pitch deck and data room. We then guide you through the process of securing investment, or act on your behalf throughout.
CREATIVE + DEVELOPMENT
For clients with an asset(s) secured and at least working capital in place, we use our end-to-end development process to cohesively conceptualise, position, design and develop your asset, and build and launch your brand.
The deliverables from this process will look different for each project.
