To support clients at these varying stages, and considering appetite and readiness to invest in fees, we offer three different levels of engagement.

This ensures you can access our advice, expertise and network regardless of where you are in your development or capital raising journey.

ON DEMAND

Ad-hoc advice, desk work or representation in meetings.

£1,000 per partner day. Or,

ON RETAINER

Structured, in-depth advice + supporting deliverables.

£7,500 minimum fee per month
3x months minimum engagement

£10,000 minimum downpayment

ON DEFINED OUTCOMES

Defined deliverables aligned to project milestones.

PROPERTY ACQUISITION REBATE

For clients who engage us as buyer’s agent, we offer a 100% fee rebate from our commission, so our pre-acquisition services are ultimately cost-neutral.

FUNDRAISING REBATE

For clients who engage us to support with fundraising, we offer a 100% fee rebate from our commission, so our pre-capital raise services are ultimately cost-neutral.

NO BRIEF? NO PROBLEM

For clients without a brief we offer an initial project review service. This includes a desk assessment of all work done to date, a top-line market analysis, some actionable advice and guidance and a project brief that includes a proposed scope of work.

Whilst we would hope this leads to a project, the structure of the advice and guidance means that it’s useful to you regardless.

The cost for this service is £1,500 ex VAT, invoiced in advance.
